Four People can be accommodated in a twin-bedded room with window seat, and a room with full-size bunk beds. Pillows, duvets, blankets and all linen are included.

A sunny living/dining room with kitchen bar, a large padded windowseat overlooking the panoramic view, comfortable chairs and sofa. Tiled bath/shower room with washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Separate but adjacent laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, with space to store bicycles.

The apartment is fully double-glazed with blinds and curtains, electric panel heaters and outside drying ground. Facilities include an electric cooker, kettle, iron, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, colour television and vacuum cleaner. If you haven't found something you need, please ask and we will do our best!

A large barbecue beside the fish pool (they are counted!) is available for the use of guests. Everyone is encouraged to use the five and a half acre garden for their peaceful enjoyment (see garden page). There is ample parking near to the entrance of the apartment. Electricity is from a 50p meter. NO pets please.

Bookings are from 4pm Saturday until 10am the following Saturday.
Linen is included. Sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea and dish cloths.
Deposit £50 is required when booking your holiday.
Balance appreciated one month before your holiday.
